I’ve spent over 35 years working in IT and have focused on cybersecurity since 2003. Over that time I learned where small businesses get let down: generic IT shops that don’t really know the software you run on, and national help desks that treat a down office like just another ticket.
So I started Simon Says Systems to be the opposite: a local specialist who knows your software, takes data protection seriously, and is local enough to show up in person when you need it. That started with dental and medical practices, and now covers CPA, insurance and law offices too.
