Foundation is our entry tier for businesses across Riverside, San Diego, Orange, and Los Angeles counties that want a dependable IT partner on call. When something breaks, you get a fast answer from someone who knows your setup. Behind the scenes, we keep your computers patched and protected and test your backups every month. All for one flat monthly price per user.
What’s included:
- Help desk, staffed by people who know your business. Remote support during business hours (9am–5pm Pacific, Monday–Friday). No offshore call tree — you talk to the engineers who manage your environment.
- 24×7 monitoring. Your computers, servers, and network are watched around the clock. Many issues are caught and fixed before anyone at your office notices.
- Patch management. Windows and macOS updates are tested and applied on a schedule — closing security holes without disrupting your workday.
- Endpoint protection. Business-grade endpoint detection and response (EDR) on every covered device, administered and kept current by us.
- Verified cloud backup. Backup for your computers and your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace data — with a monthly restore verification, because a backup you’ve never tested isn’t a backup.
- User account administration. Onboarding, offboarding, and password support handled promptly and documented.
- Network documentation. Your environment is documented in a centralized knowledge base — so nothing lives only in someone’s head.
- Monthly reporting and quarterly reviews. A monthly service report plus a quarterly business review to plan ahead, not just react.
- Vendor coordination. We chase your ISP, hardware warranty, and software vendors so you don’t have to.
How support works
Every request is ticketed, prioritized by severity, and handled under a written service-level agreement with defined response times — critical issues get a response within 15 minutes during business hours. After-hours emergency support is available on a best-effort basis at our after-hours rate.
