Who Managed is for?
Managed is our recommended tier for most professional-services, retail, hospitality, and industrial businesses. It’s built for organizations where downtime costs money, where clients or insurers ask security questions, and where “who has access to what” needs a real answer. One monthly price covers support, security, and the administration of the platforms you already pay for.
Everything in Foundation, plus
- Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace administration. We run your tenant day to day — mailboxes, groups, sharing policies, licensing.
- Managed identity and access. Single sign-on posture, enforced multi-factor authentication, and conditional access policies in Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace. One identity per person, properly controlled.
- Single sign-on for your business apps. Any third-party application that supports SSO gets wired into your identity platform — one place to manage access, and one switch to flip when an employee leaves.
- Active threat detection and response. Managed extended detection and response (XDR) across your endpoints, with alerting and response during business hours — not just an antivirus license somebody installed once.
- Mobile device management. Company data protected on phones, tablets, and laptops — with remote wipe for lost devices and departing employees.
- Security awareness training. An annual training program with phishing simulations, because your team is part of your security perimeter.
- Network infrastructure monitoring. Firewalls, switches, and wireless access points monitored and managed alongside your computers.
- Licensing without the lock-in surprises. Microsoft and other multi-year subscriptions structured transparently — any commitment longer than 12 months requires your signed authorization, every time.
